Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged or Defective Items
If the product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. - Not Eligible for Returns
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or grain of the wood, as these are natural and part of the handmade process.
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper care.
- Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging.
Process for Returns
- Contact us at tapasve.bharat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order details and photos of the product to initiate the process.
- Once approved, we will pick it up from you .
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at tapasve.bharat@gmail.com with proof of the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations are not allowed as the crafting process may have begun.
